Shipping policy

Orders are packed and shipped as soon as they come in, typically within a few minutes. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for handling in some cases.  Shipping carrier times once we release shipment to shipping carrier are out of our control, shipping delays are possible depending on unforeseeable circumstances that could arise within the shipping carrier of choice (UPS, FEDEX, USPS etc..)  You will receive tracking number via email at time of packing.  Doctor Burrito is responsible for quality of shipping supplies and interior packing to ensure shipment arrives in perfect condition.  If shipment goes lost during transit, replacement and financial responsibility falls on the insurance coverage provided from shipping carrier.  We authorize $100 shipping insurance on every delivery.
